OFFSENSE — TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Entry Policy
OFFSENSE is a private, curated event.
- Entry is strictly 21+ only.
- Valid physical ID may be required at the door (passport / national ID / driver’s license).
- The organizer reserves the full right of admission without obligation to justify refusal.
2. Right of Admission Reserved
Access to the event may be denied or revoked at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
- inappropriate, aggressive, or suspicious behavior
- intoxication or substance abuse affecting conduct
- failure to comply with staff or security instructions
- attempts to bypass entry rules or security checks
- presenting a risk to safety, atmosphere, or venue integrity
No refund will be issued in case of denied entry or removal.
3. Conduct & Respect Policy
OFFSENSE is built on energy, respect, and shared presence.
We do not tolerate:
- harassment of any kind (verbal, physical, or psychological)
- discrimination, racism, sexism, or hate speech
- violent, disruptive, or unsafe behavior
- disrespect toward staff, artists, guests, or venue
- any actions that disturb the collective experience
Anyone violating this policy will be immediately removed from the event without refund.
4. Safety & Security
For the safety of all guests:
- Security checks may be conducted at entry (bags, personal inspection if required)
- The organizer and security team may refuse entry of prohibited or dangerous items
- Any suspicious activity will be treated seriously and may result in removal
- Local law enforcement may be contacted if necessary
5. Liability
- Attendance is at your own responsibility
- The organizer is not liable for personal loss, injury, or damage occurring during the event
- Guests are responsible for their own belongings at all times
- Any damage caused to the venue or equipment by a guest will be charged to the responsible individual
6. Event Changes
The organizer reserves the right to:
- modify event timing, lineup, or venue if required
- delay or cancel the event due to safety, force majeure, or external conditions
- adjust capacity for security or operational reasons
7. Ticket Policy
- All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is officially canceled
- Tickets are personal and may be checked against ID
- Resale or duplication of tickets may result in invalidation
8. Experience Clause
OFFSENSE is not a public entertainment show.
It is a curated experience built on presence, respect, and connection.
